Advanced program design is what separates coaches who constantly churn clients from those who keep people progressing, healthy, and motivated long term. Less burnout. Fewer nagging injuries. Better retention. And yeah better results.

Structure matters too. Upper/lower splits allow flexible volume distribution. PPL setups help manage high workloads. But no split magically fixes poor recovery or unrealistic expectations.
