How To Do

Stand upright holding a barbell with a wide overhand grip in front of your thighs, arms fully extended. Keeping your back straight, lift the barbell by pulling your elbows out and up until the bar reaches just below your chin, then lower it back down in a controlled motion. Make sure your elbows stay higher than your wrists at the top of the movement.
