How To Do
Sit upright on a stability ball with your feet flat, holding a dumbbell in one hand and resting that elbow on the inside of your thigh. Curl the dumbbell upward toward your shoulder, keeping your elbow stationary, then lower it back down with control. Focus on squeezing your biceps at the top of the movement.
Step-by-Step Instructions
