Description of Services
WorkoutInGym provides:
- AI-powered personalized workout plans
- Exercise library with instructional content
- Workout tracking and progress monitoring
- Personal record tracking
- AI Q&A support for fitness questions
User Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
Subscriptions and Payments
Free and Premium Plans
WorkoutInGym offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features require a paid subscription.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed through your app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) or via Stripe for web subscriptions. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store settings or account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal purpose
- Share your account with others
- Attempt to reverse engineer the Services
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services
- Upload malicious content or code
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Scrape or collect data without permission

Important: WorkoutInGym provides fitness information for educational purposes only. Our Services are not medical advice. Before starting any exercise program:

- Consider your physical condition and limitations
- Listen to your body and stop if you feel pain
We are not responsible for any injuries that may occur from following workout recommendations.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Services are owned by WorkoutInGym and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold WorkoutInGym harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where WorkoutInGym is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
