How is WorkoutInGym different from a gym stipend or ClassPass?

A stipend requires employees to find, pay, and track their own fitness. Most don't bother. We give every employee a personalized AI-generated plan they can use at home or in any gym, so activation is 5–10x higher. And unlike ClassPass, there's no per-visit cost — flat seat-based pricing.

What data does HR see about individual employees?

None. HR sees aggregate engagement, seat utilization, and department-level activity. Individual workout history, body metrics, and progress photos stay with the employee. We're GDPR-ready and signing BAAs on request.

How long does SSO integration take?

For standards-compliant IdPs (Okta, Azure AD, Google, OneLogin, Auth0), 10 minutes of configuration and a metadata swap. Most IT teams approve and ship it in the same meeting.

What happens to unused seats or expired vouchers?

Vouchers auto-expire after the window you set. You only pay for seats that are actively claimed. Unclaimed seats carry over within your term at no extra cost.

Can we pilot before committing annually?

Yes. We offer a 90-day pilot at quarterly billing with a full-data readout at day 60. If activation is below our minimum bar, you walk away with no penalty.
