How To Do
Start in a kneeling position and lower your torso toward the floor, extending one arm straight ahead. Thread your opposite arm underneath and across your body, resting your shoulder and head gently on the ground. Hold the stretch, keeping your hips stacked over your knees and feeling the stretch through your shoulders and upper back.
