Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Start in a standard push-up position with your hands shoulder-width apart and your body in a straight line from head to heels.
  2. Lower your chest towards the floor by bending your elbows.
  3. As you push back up, kick your right leg out to the side, bringing your knee towards your right elbow.
  4. Return your right leg to the starting position and repeat the push-up, this time kicking your left leg out to the side and bringing your knee towards your left elbow.
  5. Continue alternating legs with each push-up.
