This is a serious training plan for lifters who already know their way around the gym and want a real challenge. The goal is simple: build dense, noticeable muscle through high training volume, smart exercise selection, and consistent weekly intensity. If you've been lifting for years and your progress has slowed down, this program pushes your body to grow again.
You’ll train six days per week using a demanding split that hits every muscle group multiple times. Expect heavy compound movements, focused isolation work, and enough weekly volume to fully stimulate growth. One dedicated rest day gives your body a chance to recover so you can come back strong for the next training block.
